DappRadar DAO and Mighty Labs DAO/Trailblaze Strategic Partnership

Summary

Mighty Labs, a wild west themed multi-tier DAO, along with Trailblaze, a decentralized web3 launchpad, looks to partner with DappRadar and its expansive network. Mighty Labs consists of two Ethereum-based NFT collections which represent membership at different levels- Sheriffs and Pioneers. The partnership will allow DappRadar users to participate in exclusive IDOs with some gaining Mighty Labs membership through NFTs, while allowing projects that launch on Trailblaze to gain exposure to new users from one of the most respected data platforms. A proposed token swap aims to align the interests of both DAOs, fostering a cooperative relationship.

Motivation

The partnership reflects DappRadar’s ongoing commitment to decentralize and democratize access to web3 projects. This partnership will enhance each platform and token’s utility and outreach, driving significant user traffic and engagement whilst exposing users to discover new IDO opportunities. This initiative is not only strategic but also synergistic, combining DappRadar’s data-driven capabilities and discovery engine with Mighty Labs DAO/Trailblaze innovative project launch platform.

Abstract

The evolving digital landscape presents a strategic opportunity for DappRadar DAO: to become a leading gateway for community-driven Web3 project discoveries through the partnership. This partnership aims to enhance DappRadar’s platform by integrating the Trailblaze, Mighty Labs’ innovative launchpad for Web3 projects, directly into DappRadar’s user interface. Utilizing DappRadar’s established network and tools such as Upcoming Projects, quests, boosting and airdrops, this initiative seeks to curate and promote selected projects, leveraging the $XBLAZE token to increase launchpad allocations and enrich the ecosystem. A token swap between the Mighty Labs DAO/Trailblaze entities and DappRadar DAO will further align both parties’ interests, ensuring collaborative growth and mutual benefits.

Partnership Outline

  • DappRadar Integration: Include Trailblaze projects in the “Upcoming Projects” section, questing, boosting and employ DappRadar’s API to power the Trailblaze ecosystem with real-time data.

  • Airdrops: DappRadar community can benefit from airdrops from projects that are launched on the launchpad.

  • Tokenswap: Perform a token swap of $40,000 value including Mighty Labs NFTs for DAO membership. It is proposed that in the first year, only $5,000 worth of token-swapped RADAR would be used to boost each project at any one time.

  • Token Strategy and Incentives: Trailblaze engages PRO community with product and token incentives.

  • Marketing Synergies: Co-marketing with DappRadar utilizing upcoming projects, quests, boosting and social media account cross-promotions with Trailblaze and projects that launch with them.

Valuation Terms:

  • $XBLAZE: Valued at $0.009 (pre-IDO price) reflecting our strategic commitment including a 12-month lock followed by a 12-month vesting period plus Mighty Labs NFTs: 1ETH, 0.093ETH
  • $RADAR: Based on a 30-day TWAP at the time of agreement including a 12-month lock followed by a 12-month vesting period

Product KPIs:

  • Launchpad Integration: Support and integrate at least 5 early-stage web3 projects from Trailblaze’s launchpad into DappRadar’s Upcoming Projects platform within 6 months, driving visibility and user engagement.
  • PRO User Engagement: Implement product and token incentives to PRO users, aiming for a 25% increase in PRO user engagement and subscription renewals within 3 months post-partnership.

Investment KPIs:

  • $XBLAZE Token Performance: Seek a 25% increase in the number of users utilizing $RADAR and $XBLAZE tokens within the respect ecosystems, 6 months post-partnership
  • Deal flow: Share at least 3 promising early-stage each month.
  • Collaboration Milestones: Achieve collaborative milestones, such as co-hosted Quests/Boosting campaigns, with at least a 30% participation increase among targeted users within the first year. One cross-promoted X Space per month.

Conclusion

Activating this partnership between DappRadar DAO and Mighty Labs DAO represents a transformative step towards leveraging web3 technology for better access, engagement and project discovery. By combining resources, expertise, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to increase token utility while supporting early-stage projects to achieve better discovery.

  • $30,000 worth of $XBLAZE at pre-IDO price vested/locked for 12 months, but unlockable for utility for the platform - $3,000 unlocked and staked immediately for positioning on the leadrboard
  • 2 x Sheriff NFTs from Mighty Labs, staked on Trailblaze for allocation multipliers
  • 5 x Pioneer NFTs from Mighty Labs, staked on Trailblaze for allocation multipliers

DappRadar side

  • $40,000 worth of $RADAR vested/locked for 12 months, but unlockable for utility on the DappRadar platform

Let me be the first to kick off the comments on this one. This is everything web3 should be about: DAO to DAO partnerships and win-win situations for both communities.

By holding the $XBLAZE token, our community will get access to allocations in IDOs from this decentralized launchpad. An investment committee will decide if and how much DappRadar DAO will buy into a specific allocation, and then transfer those tokens to the community via quests or airdrops, of course with PRO members with more to gain :wink:

It’s the first time ever that our community will have access to early stage projects that have been vetted by (1) the Trailblaze decentralized due diligence process and (2) by the DappRadar DAO Investment Committee!

We’re also considering dropping a couple of Pioneer NFTs to celebrate this partnership, if voted!

Great words. This proposal is directly in line with DappRadar’s vision to help aggregate discovery in web3, not only data and analytics.

Giving the opportunity for our members to gain access to IDO opportunities with a launchpad that prioritises decentralisation, is not just increased utility for RADAR holders, but also value-aligned.

This is the first DAO2DAO tokenswap we’ve done. The focus on utilising each other’s platform and ensuring a fair price for $XBLAZE (pro-IDO price) and $RADAR using the 30-day TWAP, is a strong foundation for any partnership.

Token swaps are a nice way to align companies, but moreover… this is a strong value prop for PRO members. The stronger the value we put into PRO, the more people we can convince to join our community of Web3 explorers.

I mean, 3 early stage projects per month as a promise… that’s great. And I love the KPIs and the longer term vision on this, with reasonable growth in the first year.
