Enticing people to buy radar via gaming on DappRadar

Hello everone. In regards to enticing people to buy Radar, what about having a game feature like spin the wheel or a claw machine like those games on TON? Brings out the gamblers especially if the prizes are good.

Use eth/matic/bnb to buy radar and get a ticket/tickets to play the claw machine/spin the wheel game/lottery etc

For example this one has a tiered system. More tickets need to be used for bigger prizes.

Unable to upload screenshots so I’m sharing the name game I play on telegram as an example. Screenshots are in discord price discussion.

MonkeyPaw – The TON Claw Machine

We can also have partners to sponsor the prizes for the game to spice things up. To sum up. Want to play? Gotta buy radar + tickets and get a chance to win other stuff. We can also set a min withdrawal amount for radar from the game but this is up to debate if it’s good or not.

Sitll have to buy radar + tickets first. We could win pro membership for a month too as a prize so poeple can expo pro features (without pro airdrops) for non pro members and play with the hot contacts etc. Pro members get a separate zone for gambling which have bigger prizes.

To sum up, people have to buy radar + tickets with eth/bnb/matic on the dappradar site to play games to win prizes (can be more radar or sponsored by partners) Tickets are used to play games. Games are tiered so more tickets are needed to play games that have larger prizes. The radar which the users have bought then can be accumulate for getting a pro membership if users wish to.

I’m typing on my phone so if this looks disorganized please forgive me.

Thanks, Jacko! The layout is easy to follow, and it works well. If needed, we can tidy things up later, but it’s solid as is.

I really like the idea of getting the community more involved—the more engaged they are, the better. However, we should make sure it doesn’t have any negative legal or economic impacts on the community.

I actually suggested the “Wheel” idea to Alex a little while back, and I think the “Monkey Claw” concept sounds great as well. There are also other mini-games we could incorporate. We could host some of these on Discord, but I was also thinking it might be worth exploring Twitch as a platform for these mini “radar” games. Right now, we have zero presence on Twitch, and it could be a valuable social platform for expanding our reach.

Additionally, mainstream media in the UK has started promoting something called Bluesky. I haven’t looked into it yet, but it might be worth exploring while it’s still in its early stages. It could help us capture some attention as the platform seeks wider adoption.

Overall, I think your suggestion is a really strong one, Jacko, and I’m fully on board with it.

Thanks for bringing it up!
